Abstract Artist
I’m a Maine-based artist working in various mediums, including acrylic abstract painting, as well as nature photography and more.
I am inspired by the beautiful landscapes of New England, and I work to depict the emotions that arise in this wild yet gentle place. For my current body of work, I paint intuitively, using acrylic paint and inks on canvas or paper. Most of my paintings take inspiration from the natural world, and I often find myself at the intersection of nature and emotion.
Most of my work could be described as improvised, barely-guided chaos, which is how I often find life in general, and I attempt to visually express the unsayable and even unknowable.
