Before opening a Pine Tree Connect business membership, please review our cancellation policy.
If your membership plan is a free plan (for example: you recieved a free claim code for one of our free or sponsored categories), cancelling your business will result in your listing being removed right away. Otherwise, if you have a paid plan for your business, it will be removed off of the directory listing at the end of your next billing cycle.
Mast Pine and King Pine plans can't be cancelled through the website or downgraded until 6 months after they are created. If you wish to cancel before this time, you will need to reach out to us at info@pinetreeconnect.com.
